OPENING JULY 2ND

Outpost Eatery is inspired by a multicultural flare found in New Mexico and Colorado. Fabian Valdez, owner and creator, arise with the idea after serving in the Army for four years and being apart of the industry for about 20 years, creating craft cocktails in remarkable casinos and restaurants in Las Vegas, NV. 

The name "Outpost" comes from a military word that describes a remote location at distance to protect the main location from any surprises.

With the purpose of making a common day version of an Military outpost to the Lone Tree Neighborhood, Fabian is reminiscing the friendly atmosphere along with delicious craft foods and drinks that allows anyone and everyone to come in and enjoy each others company.
